- Interview and audition promising young singers, dancers, musicians and film students
- Offer training to selected young artists
- Offer recording studio, music video and film experiences
- Provide performance opportunities at live events
- Arrange mentoring by entertainment professionals
- Provide professional entertainment consulting services.
